New unused gear can be returned at any time for a full refund.

Warranty Policy

 

WHAT’S COVERED

All OCG  products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use. If replacement product is not available, full credit will be given for the original purchase price when returned with a receipt.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended.

What is Normal Wear and Tear?

Great gear that is used often will get a little beat up. Nothing lasts forever. Material tears and fades, battle scars and signs of use are considered normal. When this happens after the warranty period and you are no longer happy with the product,  but it still works, we have a donation program that helps those in need and keeps these items out of the landfill.

OCG is not obligated to replace or credit merchandise that is damaged as a result of product abuse/misuse by the customer or after the warranty period of one year.

All products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of OCG upon receipt of your return.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

If your product is covered under warranty, we will cover shipping within the US for the return of your gear. Please make sure you have your receipt.

We recommend that you ship your gear with tracking via US Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS and keep your tracking number for future reference. OCG will take responsibility for all packages that are signed for and received at our Returns Facility. Please contact your shipping service for packages that do not make it to OCG. Our Receiving Department will email you when the shipment arrives. Check out our Return Instructions below.

We want you to love your OCG gear. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. We are here to serve you.

NEW UNUSED ITEMS

Products that are new and unused with original tags, packaging and receipt may be returned to our OCG warehouse for a full refund.  If our product breaks under normal use or is defective, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase.

OCG reserves the right to refuse to credit or replace a product if the item is deemed not to fall under warranty.

USED ITEMS

We want you to love your OCG gear. If something isn’t working for you, you may send used gear back to us within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt for credit evaluation. We will evaluate the condition of your gear and offer an in-house credit commensurate with condition.

If you have used our product and our gear does not perform to your satisfaction, or you want to return it for any reason, contact our Customer Service team to help you find gear that fits your needs.

OCG reserves the right to refuse to credit or replace a product if the item is deemed not to fall under warranty.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to OCG for exchange, credit evaluation, or return.

  1. Fill out a Return Claim Form  ???
  2. Check your email for your pre paid return label and print it out. ( should used returns have to pay for shipping?)????
  3. New and unused gear must be returned in it’s original condition with receipt, original packaging and manufacturer tags . Used gear not damaged due to abuse or misuse must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  4. You must obtain a RA # by contacting the Returns at 253-851-7519 or email customerservice@travelchair.com for an RA.  ??????
  5. Ship merchandise back to our OCG warehouse:

  6. Please clearly mark the outside of the box with your RA#. TravelChair will refuse shipment on all inbound shipments not marked with a
  7. RA# on the outside of the box.
  8. Returns or credits unfortunately CANNOT  be processed without the above information.
  9. Give us 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

With a Prepaid Label
To make shipping a return even easier, we offer a flat-rate $6.99 UPS shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products that don’t need to ship freight.* You’ll have the option to print this label after creating an RMA number for a return or exchange, or you can receive the label in an email after a Gearhead generates an RMA for you. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a UPS store at your convenience. The $6.99 price for the label will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for the return of your new or used items.

*Products required to ship freight may include: kayaks, surfboards, SUP boards, cargo boxes, car racks, indoor cycles, and more. Label price may vary during promotional periods.

Without a Prepaid Label
To return products without a $6.99 UPS label:

  • Create an RMA from your Order History or contact a Gearhead to have one created for you.
  • Once you have your RMA number, you can write it down on a piece of paper and place it inside of the return package.
  • Also, please write the RMA on the outside of your package. Doing both of these helps insure the return gets processed correctly.
