I couldn’t sit or stand comfortably for more than 5 minutes.
I want to encourage you. I was able able to go from lying down on my back in pain with my feet up on a chair during business meetings to skiing, four wheeling, and mountain biking in the mountains of Colorado.
It was a very long learning process, but I’ve found a way to recover and manage my back so that I can enjoy all that life has to offer.

This is me playing pro hockey a few months after severely damaging my discs doing squat exercises in the weight room. What followed was years of searching for how to reduce my pain and get my life back.
